Your shipment to PRIME Authentications & Grading is not insured by PRIME while in transit to our facility unless coverage is obtained through your shipping carrier, a third-party insurance provider, or through a declared value option where applicable. Shipping and insurance costs are automatically calculated based on the Declared Value entered for your submission. If no Declared Value is provided or a value of $0 is entered, insurance coverage may not be included for inbound or return shipments. You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping your collectibles to prevent loss or damage during transit. Once your submission has been received, inspected, and officially checked into the PRIME system, responsibility for your collectibles transfers to PRIME for the duration of the authentication and grading process until your order has been securely packaged and shipped back to you.
